Apprenticeship programme
At Mission Shiloh, we believe in the whole man, spirit, body, and soul. That’s why one of our primary ways of reaching the community with the Gospel is through the employment of agricultural apprentices.
Our apprentices are immigrants or Italians in need of work. At times, they already know Christ and we use their employment as a means of training and discipleship. Other times, these are people who don’t know Jesus and our time with them is a chance to share the hope we have.
Not only do our apprentices grow in and hear about the Savior, they also learn small scale farming and gain valuable work skills. Check out Aniket’s story below.

The Mission Shiloh project has been a transformative journey in my life, nurturing both my spiritual and professional growth. Through its teachings rooted in the Bible, I’ve deepened my faith and developed a stronger sense of purpose and compassion.Â
The project also provided me with invaluable work experiences that shaped my character and skills, preparing me for real-world challenges. Remarkably, it gave me the opportunity to work while attending school. This allowed me to complete my education while working as a gardener and missionary without financial strain. I’m truly grateful for how Mission Shiloh has helped me become who I am today.

Mission Shiloh has allowed me to grow spiritually and professionally. Every day I have the opportunity to put into practice what I’ve learned and develop myself. I also have the privilege of helping to advance Jesus’ kingdom, receiving the tools to share the Gospel with this lost world.

The Impact and The Need...
Like Aniket, our apprentices can find the Savior, purpose for their lives and meaningful work. However, there is a practical cost involved. Currently, it costs about $5,500 to fund an apprentice for a year.
Our Goal:
In 2026, we would like to have enough funding to employ three apprentices for a year. That cost comes in at $16,500.
